APRIL FOOL'S GUEST EDITORIAL
By Benjamin Sheffield of Atlanta, Ga., PWTorch.com Reader
WWE superstar Hornswoggle had a terse conversation with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon following Monday's edition of Raw, apparently upset with the direction of his character.
Insider sources who spoke with McMahon say that Hornswoggle believes his role on the roster is being minimized, though conceding McMahon's uncertainty on the issue.
WWE sources quoted McMahon as saying he was unsure in which direction to proceed, "because only Finlay can understand a word that little bastard is saying."
On a conference call Wednesday morning discussing this weekend's WrestleMania event, McMahon attempted to downplay the controversy, stating in part that he had tried several times to give Hornswoggle a deserved push.
McMahon said that he'd "even loved him like his own son" in the past. No attempts have been made to contact WWE's smallest superstar for rebuttal.
