Report by PWTorch columnist Greg Parks
@GregMParks.
The show opened with the ending of Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens from NXT Takeover on the videoboard. The ring announcer said Owens will be in action tonight.
(1) NXT champion Kevin Owens beat Adrian Neville in 8:00 to retain the NXT Title. Owens won with a pop-up powerbomb.
(2) Darren Young beat Titus O'Neil at 6:25 with a roll-up. Prime Time Players exploded, then an angry Titus kicked the ropes in frustration afterward. He played to the crowd for heat. It worked.
(3) Los Matadores & El Torito beat Fandango & Heath Slater & Hornswoggle at 5:57 in a six-man tag match. Torito, who may have been the best worker in the match, pinned Swoggle.
Chris Jericho, in a light-up jacket, came out for the Highlight Reel. Jericho led the crowd in calling Stephanie McMahon a ho, noting that he can't say it anymore because WWE is PG. The crowd booed heartily. Cesaro interrupted and drew What? chants.
(4) Chris Jericho beat Cesaro at 9:30 via Codebreaker. Cesaro used the Swing during the match.
[Intermission]
(5) Daniel Bryan & Randy Orton beat Bray Wyatt & Kane. Bryan pinned Kane for the win. Orton was way over, then after the match he made out with a babe in the crowd. Apparently it's his world and we're living in it. Later, the woman who Orton kissed was taken backstage.
Jerry Lawler was out next as special referee for the next match. Of course, it was a Divas match.
(6) Natalya & Emma & Paige beat Alicia Fox & Summer Rae & NXT Women's champion Sasha Banks in a six-Divas tag match with Jerry Lawler as special referee. They did the spot where the Divas roll over Lawler three times with three sets of Divas. Lawler celebrated on the second turnbuckle.
(7) WWE tag champions The Usos beat The Miz & Damien Sandow to retain the WWE Tag Titles. The entire match was like a mini play with Miz, Mizdow, and the Usos doing a lot of non-wrestling interaction.
Main Event time - Big Show vs. Roman Reigns. Pretty good pop for Reigns coming out one section over. Some boos. According to the lady next to me: "Guys don't like him because he's gorgeous."
(8) Roman Reigns beat Big Show in a Ft. Myers Street Fight in 16:00. Reigns speared Show through a table to win.
