Notes: Standing room only crowd. Billy Corgan (of The Smashing Pumpkins) and recently released WWE wrestler Brian Kendrick (formerly "The") were in attendance.
(1) The Cutler Brothers (Brandon & Dustin) & Charles Mercury defeated Johnny Goodtime & Jerome "LTP" Robinson & Brandon Gatson via Cutlers Brothers Pile Driver/Tombstone combo on LTP.
(2) Alex Shelley defeated Scott Lost via Two Frog Splashes.
(3) "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson defeated Chris Sabin via submission with the Cattle Mutilation.
(4) Chuck Taylor defeated Colt Cabana via roll-up using the ropes for leverage.
(5) Roderick Strong defeated Davey Richards via Gibson Driver.
(6) 2 Skinny Black Guys (El Generico & The Human Tornado) defeated PWG World Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) in a non-title match via Brain Buster by El Generico onto Nick Jackson.
Post match: Chuck Taylor jumped El Generico and challenged him to a match at the next show. When Generico recovered, he accepted the challenge.
(7) PWG champion Chris Hero defeated Joey Ryan in a Guerrilla Warfare math to retain The PWG World Championship via submission in a match that went over an hour. Hero used the Hangman's Clutch with a chain wrapped around Joey Ryan's throat for leverage.

August 28 - Chuck Taylor vs. El Generico, PWG World Champion Chris Hero, the PWG returns of Brian "Spanky" Kendrick and Karl "Machine Gun" Anderson
