TNA Impact began its Pop TV run with a modest 255,000 first-run viewers on Tuesday, January 5.
One of the key demographics, males 18-49, averaged 58,000 viewers over the course of two hours.
The peak minute of the show was 102,000 m18-49 viewers at 10:36 p.m. for the revelation of Mike Bennett & Maria Kanellis as “The Miracle.”
The show did not reach 100k again after that brief pop in interest. But, the most-watched segment was the TNA Title tournament final at the end of the show.
The finale between ECIII and Matt Hardy peaked with 88,000 m18-49 viewers at 10:51 p.m. EST. Impact lost some viewers before finishing with an over-run peak of 83,000 m18-49 viewers at 11:03 p.m.
Overall, the first six quarter-hours were virtually unchanged in the m18-49 demo. Impact then got a boost in Q7 for The Miracle, Q8 for the start of ECIII-Hardy, and the over-run to bring up the key demo’s average.
