TNA announces signing of Brandi Rhodes

TNA announced Monday they have signed Brandi Rhodes, the wife of Cody Rhodes, to a contract to join the Knockouts division.

Brandi has been training to wrestle since leaving WWE earlier this year along with Cody.

TNA said in a press release that Brandi will debut “in the coming weeks” on Impact television, presumably at the next set of TV tapings following the Bound for Glory PPV.

Also notable in the press release was TNA labeling the company “Impact Wrestling” and labeling the women’s division as “The Knockouts,” as opposed to TNA Knockouts.
