WWE Raw got a post-Summerslam TV ratings bump, but the rating did not improve on the post-Battleground Raw in July.

August 22: WWE Raw scored a 2.34 TV rating, up 10 percent from a 2.12 rating last week leading into Summerslam and against the Olympics.
Raw was not able to top the post-Battleground Raw, though. Raw on July 25 scored a 2.36 rating for the first Raw after the brand split and the night after the previous PPV.
Comparing the demographic ratings of the two post-PPV shows, Monday’s Raw won two categories and lost one category.
- Adults 18-49 – 8/22 Raw 1.25 vs. 1.23 on 7/25
- Males 18-34 – 8/22 Raw 1.26 vs. 1.33 on 7/25
- Males 18-49 – 8/22 Raw 1.58 vs. 1.54 on 7/25

– Raw’s three hours averaged 3.315 million viewers, up 400,000 viewers (14 percent) from last week’s pre-Summerslam Raw.
The audience was down from 3.338 million viewers post-Battleground, though.
Raw also kept its streak going of 23 straight weeks where the third hour audience declined from the second hour. The silver lining was strong immediate interest in Summerslam fall-out…
- First Hour: 3.462 million viewers (tied with 8/1 Raw for most 1H viewers since April)
- Second Hour: 3.370 million viewers
- Third Hour: 3.113 million viewers, down eight percent from the second hour
The overall audience and viewership pattern was nearly identical to the August 1 Raw, which was the second episode after the brand split.
