The NXT Title re-match between Samoa Joe and Finn Balor will be contested inside a steel cage at “NXT Takeover” on June 8.
NXT GM William Regal announced Tuesday that Joe and Balor need a cage to settle their feud after a brawl broke out at the end of Saturday’s NXT live show in Portland, Oregon.
The match will also serve as Balor’s title re-match after losing the NXT Title to Joe at an NXT live show in April.
To make the match official, Regal presided over a contract signing Tuesday morning at the WWE Performance Center in Florida. (Facebook Video)
