WWE Video – Charlotte & Ric Flair in weekly Michael Cole interview

This week’s Michael Cole interview on WWE’s website was perhaps the goofiest in the three years of Cole doing the weekly interviews.

Cole talked to Women’s champion Charlotte and Ric Flair about whether Charlotte can beat Natalya with Flair banned from ringside at the Extreme Rules PPV.

The interview playing up WWE storylines went nowhere with Charlotte pulling a George Barrios acting like she did not understand the question asked two different ways.

Cole then posed the question to Ric, who said “nothing is guaranteed,” prompting Charlotte to freak out about her dad doubting her individual abilities. Asked again, Flair said he thinks Charlotte will win, changing Charlotte’s emotions to a big smile.

Charlotte and then Flair eventually walked off the set, leaving Cole to sell being dumbfounded by the whole charade.
