SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...
Retired WWE star Daniel Bryan is back in the gym attempting to re-tool his body after retiring from WWE due to the effects of head and neck injuries.
Bryan was scheduled for several post-retirement WWE bookings, including WrestleMania Axxess and the European Tour in April, until he was removed from all advertised appearances.
On May 2, Bryan tweeted a photo working in the gym looking to “improve my athletic ability to physically do things I’ve never done before.” Bryan did not specify his goal with the new work-out plan.
Bryan included John Cena’s “never give up” motto in hashtag form.
Bryan has continued to post photos and videos of his new workout routine, including jiu-jitsu training.
