The “see you Monday” chants aimed at Finn Balor at last weekend’s NXT house shows did not come to fruition.
Balor did not appear on Raw, as speculated after he dropped the NXT Title to Samoa Joe last Thursday in Lowell, Mass.
It remains to be seen if Balor debuts at the Payback PPV this Sunday in Chicago. Or, if WWE holds off on Balor until a later time.
WWE did announce during Raw that Joe’s NXT Title victory will air on this week’s NXT broadcast Wednesday night on WWE Network.
