Following the WrestleMania 32 event, WWE sent out a new survey to their Fan Council looking for feedback on what worked and did not work at Mania.
WWE also asked about their re-designed website, looking for feedback on the user experience.
As for the Mania survey, WWE asked…
– How surveyors watched WrestleMania (WWE Network sub, friend’s WWE Network sub, in-person at AT&T Stadium, cable PPV, or did not watch at all).
– Whether surveyors watched the WrestleMania pre-show, and if so, via WWE Network, YouTube, USA Network, or other means.
– WWE asked surveyors to rate their overall enjoyment of each WrestleMania match from Poor to Excellent or did not watch. Also, their overall enjoyment of WrestleMania from Poor to Excellent.
– WWE asked which WrestleMania match was their favorite, including the impromptu Rock vs. Erick Rowan match.
– WWE asked if WrestleMania met expectations, with the options of exceeded, met, or did not meet expectations.
– One interesting question was rating the following items from Poor to Excellent.
- Unexpected moments
- Quality of wrestling talent
- Quality of the matches
- Good value for the price
- Storylines during the event
- Level of excitement
- Outcomes of the matches (pro-Reigns fans will have high marks for the main event result, while fans puzzled by the booking will likely have low marks).
- Entertaining from Start to Finish
- Athleticism of the Superstars
- Entertainment Value of the Event
