SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...
Ric Flair is reportedly doing just fine from a health perspective coming out of his Last Match event at Starrcast 5 on Sunday night.
PWInsider is reporting that there were two doctors backstage waiting to check on Flair as soon as he walked through the curtain. The report indicates that the medical evaluation on Flair came back fine and he was simply spent after wrestling the match.
Flair and Andrade El Idolo wrestled Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal. Flair and Idolo were victorious via pinfall. Flair got the two count over Jarrett as he had him in his patented Figure Four Leg Lock submission.
Flair’s Last Match was a part of Starrcast 5 in Nashville and coincided with Summerslam weekend. Other matches on the show included Jacob Fatu vs. Josh Alexander for the Impact World Championship, The Briscoes vs. The Von Erichs, Motor City Machine Guns vs. The Wolves, and more.
