Impact Wrestling’s annual Slammiversary PPV event will officially take place on June 19 in Nashville, Tennessee. The company announced the news during the Rebellion PPV on Saturday night.

Slammiversary 2022 will be exactly 20 years to the day that Impact ran it’s first show in 2022. Matches for the event have not been announced at this time.

Rebellion featured multiple title changes, including the Impact World Championship. In the main event, Josh Alexander defeated Moose to win the world title. Alexander hit the C4 Spike after being the first man to ever kick out of Moose’s spear to get the victory.

The X-Division Championship also changed hands on the show. Ace Austin defeated Trey Miguel and Mike Bailey in a triple threat match to win the belt. It is Austin’s third run as the champion since his debut with Impact in 2019.

Also, the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship changed hands when Taya Valkyrie defeated Deonna Purrazzo.

Other matches on Rebellion included Jonah vs. Tomohiro Ishii, Jay White vs. Steve Maclin vs. Chris Sabin, and the Knockout’s Championship between Tasha Steelz and Rosemary.
