Progress Wrestling has announced a major wrestling show next to WWE’s return to stadiums in the United Kingdom on September 3. This week, WWE announced that they would return to the UK for a stadium show at Principality Stadium in Wales.
“As soon as we saw that WWE were making Cardiff their destination for a major stadium show, we knew that Progress had to be part of this unique occasion,” said Progress co-owner Lee McAteer. “This will be the biggest weekend on these shores since Summerslam 1992 at Wembley Stadium, and we want to show all the fans who will be in Cardiff exactly why progress remains the number one wrestling brand in the UK.”

Our Progress fans, and British and world-wide wrestling fans, can expect to see something really special this weekend.”

“Chapter 140: Wrestling. Golf. Madrid. In That Order’ will be a perfect way to compliment a special occasion. It will take place at Tramshed, less than half a mile from The Principality, formerly known as The Millennium Stadium.”
