ROH TV taping News & Notes
February 6 – Nashville
– ROH taped February TV episodes leading into the 14th Anniversary PPV at the end of the month. The focus was on the ROH World Title issue involving ROH champion Jay Lethal, Adam Cole, and Kyle O’Reilly.
– The Young Bucks appeared on the ROH post-game show with Kevin Kelly and (masked) Steve Corino to hype the return of Kenny Omega to re-establish the Bullet Club in ROH. (Video Recap)
– ROH debuted a major upgrade to their production set-up for the latest TV taping. Included on the new set was a big video board flanked by four large vertical screens.
Former ROH head booker/current DGUSA executive Gabe Sapolsky even shouted out to ROH for the upgrade.
WOW, congrats to ROH on that new, mindblowing set. Just saw a pic of it. This is not insignificant. The insane year continues! What next?

It looks the same as the current set up, the only difference being that they now have 4 of those mini screens instead of 2. Not a “huge” upgrade. It’s like upgrading from a 40 inch TV to 42 inches, it’s better but not by much.
Besides, their main production issue is not the number of screens, it’s the lighting (which even ROH superstars have said needs improvement).
