“After being relinquished, the last team standing will be crowned the new NXT Tag Team Champions.
On Tuesday, five of NXT 2.0’s top tag teams, including Grayson Waller & Sanga, Legado del Fantasma, The Creed Brothers, Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen, and Pretty Deadly, will collide in a Gauntlet Match to determine the new NXT Tag Team Champions.
Don’t miss a second of the action Tuesday night at 8/7 C on USA!”
Last week, the Tag Team Championships were vacated after MSK relinquished the belts. Nash Carter, one half of the group, was released from his WWE contract after allegations surfaced of him being emotionally and physically abusive to his wife. MSK joined NXT in 2021 after a run with Impact Wrestling as a part of The Rascalz. Upon entering WWE in 2021, the team won the men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and tag team gold. At the start of the NXT 2.0 rebrand, MSK was on a regular search to find their shaman, which was eventually revealed to be Riddle.
Neither Carter or the WWE have publicly addressed the allegations.
