SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...
WWE issued a statement to PWTorch today regarding the comments WWE wrestler Lars Sullivan (real name Dylan Miley) made on a bodybuilding message board between 2007-2013 that were sexist, racist, homophobic, and also contained numerous other offensive posts.
WWE’s statement says that Sullivan has been fined 100,000 and will be forced to undergo sensitivity training. WWE’s entire statement can be seen below:
WWE supports a culture of inclusion regardless of gender, race, religion or sexual orientation, and we are committed to embracing all individuals as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide.
Dylan Miley (aka Lars Sullivan) will be fined $100,000 and required to complete sensitivity training for offensive commentary uncovered from his past. WWE will also facilitate meetings for Dylan with community organizations to foster further discussion around the power of social media and the impact of your words.

It was stupid what he did, no question, but how can you fine someone for something BEFORE THEY EVER WORKED FOR YOUR COMPANY?
We can get to the bottom of this fine in two words: STEPHANIE. McMAHON.
Us: First Amendment?
WWE: NEVER!!!
I think the statement that he has been fined $100,000 is just a statement they gave to look good via the public. I do not believe that Sullivan was actually fined a single cent. There is not a court room in America that would force Sullivan to actually pay that fine if he took WWE to court because he wasn’t a WWE employee at the time.
If you could actually hold someone legally accountable to there past statements and posts then that would mean we have a rapist as president.
