-Trish Stratus likes what she sees so far with the Becky Lynch heel turn. “I’ve been loving the way this feud is unfolding,” she told The Sun in the UK. “I think the intensity especially for… I mean, Becky is just dialed in on her character right now and I’m so enjoying it.”
-Madison Rayne talked about her career resurgence in ROH over the last year in an article by Kevin Eck at PressBoxOneline.com. “While doing a little bit of work over the past year in Ring of Honor, I realized that it’s the same really fun, really exciting energy that I remember Ring of Honor having when I first wrestled there,” she said. “My hope is that as they are breathing life back into their women’s division that I can be a part of helping grow that the way I did with the Knockouts.” The article notes she is preparing for life after wrestling, too, pursuing a degree in business management and will seek a bachelor’s degree in health care management or marketing. She also said her husband Josh Matthews encouraged her to embark on this second stanza of her pro wrestling career. “Josh said to me, ‘You’ve been around for a long time, so if you’re going to continue doing this’ — which he fully supported — ‘you have to step it up,'” Rayne, 32, recalled. “I kind of knew that, but hearing another voice saying it was really the beginning of that motivation for me. -The new NXT UK TV show debuts on WWE Network on Wednesday, Oct. 17. It will premiere at 3 p.m. ET, so 8 p.m. BT, with Vic Joseph and Nigel McGuiness as announcers. British TV personality Radzi Chinyanganya will conduct the backstage interviews. Mark Andrews, Tyler Bate, Pete Dunn, Trent Seven, Wolfgang, Rhea Ripley, and Toni Storm are the noted stars of the show on WWE.com’s article announcing the show’s premiere date. “NXT UK is the next step in our global localization strategy, and we are proud to do this in a place where WWE has had a special relationship for more than 30 years,” said Paul “Triple H” Levesque, WWE Executive Vice President, Talent, Live Events & Creative.

-Here’s a local Australian article on FoxSports.au rating each of the Super Show-Down matches on a 0-5 scale, which rated Triple H vs. Undertaker “4/5” which is four-out-of-five, not fourth-fifths of one. The author wrote: “They might be well beyond their prime, but Undertaker and Triple H commanded the ring like the veteran superstars that they are.
