PARKS’S TAKE: Emmy Awards snub WWE; let’s make them feel better with a WWE-filled Emmy ballot

Despite their best efforts, WWE wasn’t able to crack the Emmy Award ballot, as it was announced yesterday. This is not surprising to folks who watch WWE programming every week. Nor is it surprising to anyone who watches any of the nominated shows, which blow WWE’s TV out of the water from a quality standpoint.

But you have to feel for WWE, so desperate for that award recognition. They’ve broken into the mainstream in many ways, but are still stonewalled here. Therefore, I’ve made up an Emmy-like ballot that is WWE-exclusive. Like the Emmys, eligibility will cover June 1, 2017-May 31, 2018. Who do you like as winners of each category?
