Newark, Del.
Report by Todd Miller, PWTorch reader
I would estimate a crowd of 3,500 fans turned out for the event at the Bob Carpenter Center on the campus of the University of Delaware. The B.O.B. is a small, intimate venue with no bad seats.
We got there early and secured photos and autographs with Darren Young, Natalya, and referees Charles Robinson and Darrick Moore. (Photo Gallery)
(1) The Usos beat The Club (Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows).
(2) Apollo Crews beat Aiden English (w/out Simon Gotch).
Simon Gotch is conspicuous by his absence… #WWENewark

(3) Zack Ryder & Darren Young beat The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor).
(4) Sami Zayn beat Kevin Owens in a big fight.
[Intermission]
(5) Natalya beat Alicia Fox.
(6) Shining Stars (Primo & Epico) beat Jack Swagger & Sin Cara.
(7) WWE World Hvt. champion Dean Ambrose beat Seth Rollins to retain the WWE Title.
Roman Reigns made a surprise return from 30-day suspension to spear Rollins after the match and took a look at the WWE Title belt held by Ambrose before the Shield three-way title match at Battleground. Reigns was not advertised for the show; he was scheduled to return Saturday in New Jersey.

Not surprised. His suspension was a joke.
