(1) Steve Cutler beat Dan Matha via submission. Great opening match. Matha controlled much of it with Cutler getting in some offense. Cutler reversed Matha’s hold to set up the submission and get the tap.
(2) Ember Moon (Athena) beat Billie Kay. Fairly long back and forth match before Ember Moon got the pin. She is looking very talented.
(3) Angelo Dawkins beat Patrick Clark. Several comedy moments during the initial part of the match with Dawkins and Clark swapping back and forth ownership of Dawkins’s headbands. Dawkins got the pin.
(4) Hideo Itami beat Josh Woods. Itami had much of the offense in a pretty good match. Started of in MMA-style before Itami won by pinfall.
(5) American Alpha (Jason Jordan & Chad Gable) beat Sawyer Fulton & Alexander Wolfe. Long, very even and very good match. Gable got the tag and Jordan took over control. A lot of high-flying action from Gable.
(6) Austin Aries beat Hugo Knox. Good match with Aries playing the bad guy very well. Some big moves off the top rope and some comedy moments before Aries got the pin.
Kenneth Crawford cut a promo. He claimed to be the perfect representation of a man. This involved a quite loud suit and a very chunky watch. Much derision from the crowd.
(7) Carmella & Aliyah beat Daria & Mandy Rose. Daria removed the gloves to show she meant business, but Carmella got the submission on Mandy.
(8) NXT champion Samoa Joe beat No Way Jose to retain the NXT Title. Nice main event title match with very fluent action before Joe won with a sleeper hold.
