Report – The Rock & production company linked to new movie project

“The Rock” Dwayne Johnson is tied to another movie project, this time a graphic novel turned movie.

Deadline.com reports that Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions has agreed to a deal with Sony Pictures to produce “Son of Shaolin,” an upcoming graphic novel written by Jay Longino.

Rock, ex-wife/business partner Dany Garcia, and Seven Bucks Productions are only committed to producing the movie at this point, but Rock might end up on-screen when the cast is finalized.

Deadline also reports that Universal Pictures wants Rock to be part of a “Wolf Man” movie as part of a series of re-makes in the horror movie genre.
