– New Japan star Minoru Suzuki announced the full line-up for the “SuzukiGun 3” show on June 18 in Tokyo, Japan. Included will be a battle royal, NJPW vs. NOAH matches, and GHC tag champions Lance Archer & Davey Boy Smith, Jr. in a three-team “survival match.”
- Survival match: Archer & Smith, Jr. vs. Go Shiozaki & Maybach Taniguchi vs. Nakajima & Masa Kitamiya
- Main Event: Suzuki & Takashi Sugiura & Iizuka vs. Naomichi Marufuji & Toru Yano & Sakuraba
- Suzuki-Gun vs. NJPW: Shelton Benjamin & TAKA Michinoku & Taichi vs. Togi Makabe & Honma & Ryusuke Taguchi
– Great Muta announced the “Wrestle-1 Grand Prix” running June 16 through July 1. The winner of the tournament will receive a W-1 Title shot on the big August 11 show that is already featuring Muta vs. Jun Akiyama.
– Kenta Kobashi’s next Fortune Dream show on June 14 in Tokyo, Japan will now feature Jun Akiyama in a top singles match. Plus, Go Shiozaki, Ultimo Dragon, Kensuke Sasaki, and more stars in action.
