Sid was a different animal than Reigns. Sid dripped with charisma. His promos were difficult to understand, and often he fumbled over his words, but the guy was really quite “sycho”, so the character and presentation all worked.
Sid could draw money far better than Reigns as well. He was questionable at best in the ring, but I marked out big-time for Sid during his 1996 run that culminated taking the strap off HBK (after HBK refused to lose it to Vader at SummerSlam, I might add).
Sid > Reigns, not close.
