(1) NXT tag champions American Alpha (Jason Jordan & Chad Gable) beat Enzo Amore & Big Cass in Enzo & Cass’s NXT send-off.

Backstage, Apollo Crews cut a promo on Samoa Joe ahead of his NXT send-off match.

A party video for No Way Jose aired ahead of his debut.

(2) No Way Jose, doing a party/dancing gimmick, beat Alexander Wolfe. Very basic-looking match that looked overly-choreographed throughout.

Backstage, Austin Aries talked up his victory over Baron Corbin at NXT Takeover. Aries vowed to prove that he’s the greatest wrestler in NXT.

In the locker room, William Regal approached The Drifter for a chat. Regal booked Drifter against Shinsuke Nakamura next week. Drifter sold concern as he pondered next week’s encounter.

(3) Nia Jax beat Deonna Purrazzo in a Women’s Division match. Leg drop ended Purrazzo’s trip to Dallas.

Backstage, Bayley was asked about new Women’s champion Asuka facing Eva Marie next week. She said she will be watching closely since she wants her title back.

(4) Samoa Joe beat Apollo Crews in the main event. Joe made Crews tap to the rear-naked choke to build toward an NXT Title re-match and send Crews to the main roster.
