IC Title match official for WWE Payback; updated PPV line-up

WWE has officially announced The Miz vs. Cesaro for the Intercontinental Title at the Payback PPV on May 1.

Monday night on Raw, Cesaro beat former IC champion Kevin Owens in what turned into a #1 contender match to the IC Title.
