Jim Ross has another announcing gig.
Ross will be calling the “UR Fight” PPV spectacle on Sunday, March 20 featuring Kurt Angle vs. Rey Mysterio.
The event takes place at Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix. The card includes:
- Pro Wrestling: Angle vs. Mysterio
- MMA: Dan Severn vs. Tank Abbott
- Grappling: Chael Sonnen vs. Michael Bisping
- Boxing: Roy Jones, Jr. vs. Vyron Phillips
Ross is not shying away from describing the PPV as a spectacle based on his preliminary tweets and comments promoting the event.
“THIS JUST IN….. I will be on the broadcast team on PPV Sunday, March 20 from Phoenix. It’s pro wrestling, boxing, MMA, and grappling all on one card and all on one PPV. Visit URShow.tv for all the incredulous information. This will be the most outrageous, unpredictable show that I’ve ever called in all likelihood,” Ross wrote in his latest blog at jrsbarbq.com.
