WWE star King Barrett said late Tuesday night on Twitter that he is “100 percent focused” on doing his job for WWE at the moment. Barrett responded in general to a Tuesday report that he is planning to leave WWE when his contract expires in a few months.

ProWrestlingSheet reported that Barrett has told WWE management about his decision to move on from the company this summer.
On social media, Barrett keeps himself separated from his WWE identity by going by his real name of Stu Bennett, allowing him to transition to the next phase of his career.
In November, Barrett hinted that he would be moving on from WWE in an interview with The Independent U.K. publication: “I’m still as passionate about wrestling as I ever was, but I think it’s inevitable that at some point in your career you’ve got to start looking for things outside of wrestling,”
