– Jim Ross published his thoughts on the Royal Rumble and booked out to WrestleMania in a new blog at jrsbarbq.com. Ross also noted he is preparing for his first recording session for AXS TV/New Japan in February, which will air in March. “I’m extremely motivated to commence this chapter of my broadcasting career,” Ross wrote.
– WWE announced Monday a “multi-year” partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to launch a national campaign to help end bullying. The mission is to “encourage young people to treat each other with respect through education and grassroots initiatives.” Vince McMahon commented in the press release about the partnership, citing his experience in the Boys & Girls Clubs decades ago.
“WWE is proud to partner with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and support their efforts to build future leaders,” McMahon was quoted. “As a proud Boys & Girls Club Alumnus, I know the difference this organization makes in the lives of our youth.” Kofi Kingston also talked to Brian Fritz for Sporting News about the initiative.
– Under Armour announced Monday their formal “long-term partnership” with “The Rock” Dwayne Johnson to help create and promote “a range of products across footwear, apparel, and accessories as well as support Under Armour’s Connected Fitness initiatives.” Specifically, Rock will be promoting the “HealthBox” and “Record” application.
According to the press release, the first product capsule will feature a Rock-inspired backpack and duffle bag that will launch on Under Armour’s website.

– WWE is premiering one of their new Network series, “Ride Along,” tonight after Raw ends. The premiere episode features Dolph Ziggler & The Miz having a conversation traveling on the road. (Video Preview)
– Pro Wrestling Tees sent out an email noting that A.J. Styles’s merchandise lines could be pulled soon after he signed with WWE. WWE introduced a new Styles t-shirt immediately after his debut, prompting Tees to note in the email on Monday morning that “his apparel can be gone at anytime” from their store.
– Global Force Wrestling announced Monday that stars from the GFW roster will be traveling to Africa in March to wrestle for Qatar Pro Wrestling. GFW will be represented by Sonjay Dutt, Chris Masters, and others. Rey Mysterio headlines the tour scheduled for March 11 in Sudan.
– The latest edition of wrestling artist Rob Schamberger’s painting series focuses on Brock Lesnar.
– The latest edition of Joey Ryan and Candice LaRae’s YouTube series is Part 3 of their trip to Japan at the beginning of January.
