WWE is planning an NXT pilot show centered on kids.

According to a casting call on Backstage.com, WWE is “casting a pilot for a new wrestling show aimed at kids.”

WWE is looking for kids to be the stars of the show, casting males and females between the ages of 7 and 14.

The description reads: “Must be personable, lively, quick on their feet and a good talker. Kids should have an understanding/familiarity with WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment programming. Kids will be acting as announcers/backstage interviewers/presenters.”

The show is scheduled to be filmed monthly on Thursday nights at Full Sail University. WWE is looking for kid actors from the Orlando area.

Funny. They say that WWE doesn’t “stand for anything”. Yet when they’re casting kids they revert to using it, I bet, so the that the little applicants and their manager/parents know that this is a show about “wrestling”.
