TNA Impact News & Notes 4/10

- TNA presented another TNA Title match this week. This time, Kurt Angle retained the TNA Title over Bobby Lashley and Eric Young in a three-way match. Angle pinned Lashley with a moonsault after Lashley crashed into a chair set up by EY. Afterward, EY tried to injure Lashley to close the show.

- Homicide returned to TNA television as the fourth member of the Beat Down Clan. Homicide replaced Samoa Joe in the faction led by MVP, Kenny King, and Low Ki.

- TNA set up five teams competing for the vacant TNA Tag Titles on next week's Impact. The teams are the Hardys, James Storm & Koya of The Revolution, Austin Aries & Bobby Roode, Mr. Anderson & Rockstar Spud, and Ethan Carter III & Bram. The destination is an Ultimate X match to determine new tag champs.

- Match Results: (1) Awesome Kong beat Gail Kim. ... (2) Koya beat Abyss and Manik in a three-way Revolution Invitational. ... (3) The Rising (Drew McIntyre & Eli Drake & Micah) beat Beat Down Clan (MVP & Kenny King & Low Ki) via DQ in a six-man tag match. ... (4) Davey Richards beat D.J. Zema Ion. ... (5) TNA World Hvt. champion Kurt Angle beat Bobby Lashley and Eric Young in a three-way match to retain the TNA World Title.
