Wade Keller: What surprised you the most about working with Vince McMahon or observing how he operated his business? There had to be something or several things that jumped out at you from seeing first-hand what was going on on the other team.

Eric Bischoff: I have to be careful how this comes off because your audience has a tendency to overreact to things and read into things. I would say anybody... Let's go back a little bit. I had this reputation of having a short fuse and going off the handle and being critical of people. Compared to Vince McMahon, I was the Dalai Lama. When he loses it, it's brutal. I was shocked at that because I had always heard "Vince would never talk to anybody like that and he respects the people he's working with." I just heard how the difference between Vince McMahon and Eric Bischoff was night and day, and quite frankly, he rules by intimidation. People are scared to death of him because when he goes off, he goes off like a hand grenade. He doesn't go off like a fire cracker. There is generally significant collateral damage if there's anybody around him.

Keller: It's not a case where he tries to hide that?

Bischoff: No!

Keller: If someone is his victim, other people see it and it's humiliating?

Bischoff: Ohh! I've seen some things there that just shocked the hell out of me. ...
