As of Tuesday night, the man who was shot at the WWE Performance Center was in "critical, but stable condition," according to the local NBC Miami affiliate.

Armando Montalvo, who is accused of trespassing at the P.C. and charging at police officers with a knife, was still being held at an Orlando area hospital. Montalvo has been charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and trespassing.

The charges follow WWE seeking a restraining order against Montalvo when he trespassed on the property earlier in August.

During the earlier encounter with police, Montalvo was ordered to the ground and arrested. Montalvo was charged with trespassing and WWE sought a restraining order against him.

Also, a search of Montalvo's belongings produced binoculars, a lawn chair, and a note on large white board addressed to a "female WWE wrestling coach." Although not officially confirmed, this would presumably be Lita, who was a coach on the Tough Enough show, some of which was filmed at the Performance Center.

"Armando kept asking if I saw (the woman) while I was inside the WWE building," deputy John Johnson wrote in the arrest report. "Armando kept saying that he loves (the woman) and that she is attractive."

Montalvo has a history of obsessing over female wrestlers, as video released by TMZ on Tuesday shows Montalvo repeatedly saying A.J. Lee's name.
