Mada Hamid, the Egyptian strongman who re-located to Los Angeles, was eliminated on Tuesday's episode of "WWE Tough Enough."

Mada had the second-highest percentage of votes in the Bottom Three next to fan favorite Z.Z. However, new judge The Miz used his one save on Amanda, who received by far the lowest percentage of votes.

Therefore, Mada was booted off the show. The Bottom Three tally was 48 percent for Z.Z., 39 percent for Mada, and 13 percent for Amanda.

Amanda being saved from elimination was covered by the "Daily Voice" newspaper in her home state of New York.

"I think that a WWE Diva has a look and they have a fiery side, they have a connection with the WWE audience, so I'm saving Amanda," The Miz said on the show to defend his save. Fellow judge Paige called Miz an idiot.

Mada was placed in the Bottom Three by Miz, who said Mada looks too much like a stereotypical 1980s wrestling character. Paige placed Z.Z. in the Bottom Three because he's presented as lazy and Bryan picked Amanda.

This was Miz's first appearance as a judge, replacing Hulk Hogan, who was booted from the show following racially-driven remarks from 2006 becoming public knowledge last week.

Hogan's name was not brought up during the broadcast. They simply presented Miz as sliding over from the "Tough Talk" post-game show to the judges's panel.

Earlier in the season, Mada talked to The National newspaper in the Middle East about being backed by Tough Enough trainer Booker T. In the interview from early July, Mada said why he thought he would win the competition.

"I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t think I could. I think I have the best overall package in having the look, the size, the background and the charisma that I think the WWE are looking for from a WWE Superstar. It will mean everything to me, it is what I am working for, and I believe I will win it," Mada said. [ Full Interview HERE ]
