TV Wrestling Viewership Break Down
Week of July 13

This was not a good week for wrestling viewership. WWE Raw fell to historical-low levels, ROH did not place in the weekly cable TV rankings, TNA Impact dropped after ROH's soft lead-in, Tough Enough fell below 1.0 million same-day viewers, and Smackdown was soft.

The result was the smallest total viewership in one month going back to the Week of June 8 before Tough Enough was introduced in the equation.

WWE Raw & Smackdown & Tough Enough, TNA Impact & ROH TV

- Total Live TV Wrestling Viewership: 7.198 million viewers, down nearly one million viewers from last week. WWE's share of the pie was 92.6 percent.

- Total DVR Added Viewership: 7.994 million viewers, also down nearly one million viewers from last week. WWE's share was 92.7 percent.

- Monday, July 13: WWE Raw's three individual hours averaged 3.534 million viewers live + same day, down from 3.647 million viewers the previous week.

DVR viewing then accounted for an increase of nearly 11 percent, which is above-average for Raw. This brought total viewership close to last week's show.

8:00 p.m.: 3.432 million live viewers, 3.807 million with DVR (+10.9%)
9:00 p.m.: 3.514 million live viewers, 3.886 million with DVR (+10.6%)
10:00 p.m.: 3.657 million live viewers, 4.047 million with DVR (+10.7%)

-SHOW AVG.: 3.534 million viewers live, 3.913 million with DVR (+10.7%)
-LAST WEEK: 3.647 million viewers live, 4.003 million with DVR (9.8%)

Overall, the July 13 Raw grabbed 49 percent of the total TV wrestling pie and also 49 percent of the week's total DVR-added viewership.

- Tuesday, July 14: Tough Enough Week 4 drew 977,000 viewers live+same day, down sharply from 1.221 million viewers the previous week.

Tough Enough did not get much of a DVR bump, adding 135,000 viewers (14 percent) for a total of 1.112 million, which was still below last week's first-run viewership.

By comparison, last week's Tough Enough added 272,000 DVR viewers, about double as this week, for a total of 1.493 million viewers.

- Wednesday, July 15: Ring of Honor's first-run airing on Destination America drew 80,000 viewers. The West Coast/Replay then drew more viewers with 89,000.

Because of the soft live audience, ROH did not place in the weekly cable TV rankings to add in DVR viewership.

Therefore, ROH's total recorded audience for the week was 169,000 viewers, down from 262,000 last week.

- Wednesday, July 15: TNA Impact drew 293,000 first-run viewers, then 72,000 West Coast/replay viewers.

ROH added 51,000 DVR viewers (17 percent) to bring the total audience to 416,000 viewers, which was down from 495k total viewers last week.

- Thursday, July 16: WWE Smackdown drew 2.153 million million live + same day viewers on Syfy, down from 2.388 million first-run last week.

DVR viewing added a pedestrian 231,000 viewers, bringing total viewership to 2.384 million viewers. Like Tough Enough, the combined audience was below last week's first-run viewership.
