-- January 31: Amazon.com is listing a new WWE DVD on the John Cena vs. The Rock feud. The working title is "Rock vs. Cena" and the advertised release date is May 26.

Amazon has the DVD as a one-disc release with a list price of $9.97. WWE released a "Rock vs. Cena" DVD in September 2012 titled "Once In a Lifetime." This was before Rock and Cena met for a second time at WrestleMania 29 in April 2013. [ Info HERE ]

-- January 29: More details have been released on the home video release of the "Monday Night War" series. WWE is planning a two-volume release of the 20-episode series. -- January 20: WWE is working on a new Daniel Bryan DVD project titled "Daniel Bryan: Just Say Yes! Yes! Yes!" The DVD is scheduled for release in the spring, likely in June. -- January 20: New details have emerged on a Jerry Lawler DVD project titled "It’s Good To Be The King - The Jerry Lawler Story." The DVD is scheduled for release in May and is expected to include a documentary. [ LINK: Latest details reported HERE via WrestlingDVDNews.com ]

-- January 8: New details have been released on Chris Jericho's pre-WrestleMania DVD titled "The Road Is Jericho: Epic Stories & Rare Matches from Y2J." Scheduled for release on March 10, the DVD will be a compilation of at least 20 matches from ECW to WCW to WWE, Jericho discussing his career, and contain extra features on the eight-hour Blu-ray version. -- January 1: Warner Bros. officially took over the home video distribution rights to WWE's tape library at the start of the new year. The "multi-year partnership" will include U.S. distribution rights for DVD and digital formats. Warner Bros. replaces Cinedigm, which was looking to "transition away from the library" of WWE content.
