-- MICHAEL COLE'S WEEKLY INTERVIEW: Michael Cole's Wednesday interview series continued this week with Cole interviewing The Miz & Damien Sandow on WWE's website. Sandow mimicked Miz's answers during the first-half. Cole then offered a "holiday confession" of wanting to be a stunt double, prompting Cole to mimic Miz during the second-half of the interview, sending Miz running away. -- SHEAMUS GRANTS WISH: WWE star Sheamus was profiled by ABC affiliate WSIL-TV after meeting a seven-year-old boy with brain cancer through Make-a-Wish. The meeting took place in October in Houston prior to Sheamus being written off TV due to injury. [ LINK: Story HERE ]

-- GLOBAL FORCE IN SOUTH AFRICA: In a recent interview, Jeff Jarrett talked about Global Force Wrestling wanting to have a significant presence in South Africa. GFW announced Wednesday a partnership with "World Wrestling Professionals" to be part of a mega-event "tentatively scheduled" for February 28 at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Scheduled for the show are "international stars," South African wrestlers, and non-wrestling stars. Jarrett said GFW wants to create awareness for WWP in the U.S., which will apparently lead into GFW booking South African stars on GFW shows in 2015. [ LINK: Announcement HERE ]

-- PWS ON TV: Pro Wrestling Syndicate announced TV distribution in Northeast U.S. markets. A weekly show will air on WLNY TV starting Saturday, January 3. The timeslot id 4:30 a.m. EST. [ LINK: A list of carriers is HERE ]

-- ROCK WINS KARAOKE SMACKDOWN: "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson was declared the winner of "Christmas Karaoke Smackdown" on Wednesday's edition of "Live with Kelly and Michael," airing in syndication on U.S. TV. -- NEW JOEY & CANDICE CHRISTMAS SHOW: Joey Ryan and Candice LaRae's latest YouTube show is a 30-minute Christmas show with cameos from various independent wrestlers, including Chris Hero, Adam Cole, Roderick Strong, and Serena Deeb.
