Week 42 of Triple H's in-character, sit-down interview series with Michael Cole focused on the following items:

- Hunter suggested "taking actions" against Roman Reigns for trying to smash a cinder block into Seth Rollins's face on Raw. This followed Cole asking Hunter if he would take action against Rollins and Kane for introducing cinder blocks in a standard wrestling match.

Hunter laughed off taking action against Rollins & Kane to jump into obviously-heelish points about Reigns being out-of-control and not "best for business." It was part of Hunter toning down his points to be more of a heel in this week's interview, as opposed to last week, which Hunter dominated with the last word on every topic.

- Hunter set up eventual comebacks by Daniel Bryan and Dean Ambrose by lumping them together as "not A-Plus Players" who are now injured. (Bryan's being legit and Ambrose being part of the storyline.)

- Hunter took a storyline-driven dig at Hulk Hogan discussing the Hall of Fame Forum on Raw. Hunter said he sides with Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels that John Cena doesn't have a chance against Brock Lesnar at Night of Champions. "And, if Hogan were honest with himself - which, quite frankly, I don't know if he ever is - he would be on the same page, too," Hunter said.

Asked about Cena's defiant response to what happened at Summerslam on Raw, Hunter said perhaps Cena was trying too hard to send a message to Lesnar. Calling it "Cena's Last Stand," Hunter said perhaps Cena is setting himself up for even bigger of a beating at Night of Champions.

- Not addressed was the absence of Hunter and Stephanie McMahon from Monday's Raw.
