(1) The latest update on WWE attempting to establish a relationship with the NFL is Jim Ross meeting with the NFLPA this week to work on an official pipeline to WWE for former NFL players.

Ross to Fox Sports reporter Alex Marvez: "Everybody doesn't make the 53-man roster. Some guys are going to be looking for work, and we've got some job openings. Maybe we can put the synergies of those two entities together and create something wonderful one day."

(2) As expected, Brock Lesnar is scheduled to be off WWE television until Summerslam Season after he was written off TV Monday night on Raw. This would follow the schedule from last year's run.

(3) There are rumors of Mark Henry returning to WWE TV as a babyface after taking time off. 

Henry was temporarily written off TV after the Extreme Rules PPV when he said in a storyline-driven backstage interview that he was "going home" after losing to Sheamus at the PPV.

(4) Former WWE IC champion Ken Shamrock presented an argument that he believes Brock Lesnar was misused in the UFC.

Shamrock says he thinks Lesnar could have lasted longer in UFC - independent of his health battle with diverticulitis - if Lesnar were eased into his UFC career instead of facing top fighters right off the bat.
