(1) A Texas judge rejected WWE's motion for a lawsuit filed by musical composer Papa Berg to be (a) dropped or (b) moved to Connecticut.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Berg was able to show enough evidence of alleged copyright infringement by WWE for the lawsuit to advance. The judge also kept the lawsuit in Texas because $5.1 million of WWE's annual revenue comes from Texas. WWE wanted the suit moved to their home state of Connecticut.

(2) After a week of silence, WWE champion John Cena resurfaced on Twitter with a vague tweet about his absence.

(3) WWE filed an updated document with the SEC on executive Stephanie McMahon's (Stephanie Levesque) stock holdings through the Stephanie McMahon Levesque Irrevocable Trust. 

The document also contained an updated Power of Attorney for two lawyers from the K&L Gates law firm to act on Stephanie's behalf. (K&L Gates is the law firm that employs long-time WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt.)

(4) The Rock announced on Twitter that the new "Fast 6" movie broke box-office records in the U.K. and Ireland. The movie will be released in the U.S. market next weekend.
