-- The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review published a story on Bruno Sammartino returning to Madison Square Garden on Saturday to be inducted into the 2013 WWE Hall of Fame class. The article tells the story of Triple H initiating contact with Sammartino after Vince McMahon told him it would be a waste of time, Dr. Joseph Maroon convincing Sammartino to give WWE a second look, and Sammartino being convinced that WWE "changed" after he took a stand against the company for 25 years.
Regarding his first in-person encounter with McMahon in 25 years, Sammartino said, "We will talk privately, face to face, in Madison Square Garden, but not until then. It's better face to face, eye to eye. So we can discuss whatever needs to be discussed.” [ Full Story here at TribLive.com - http://bit.ly/16vw7Ki ]
