WWE Elimination Chamber PPV news & notes 2/19

-- John Cena beat Kane in the main event Ambulance Match to set up WWE's biggest match of the year, Cena vs. The Rock at WrestleMania 28 on April 1. The 22-minute match concluded with Cena delivering an Attitude Adjustment off the roof of an ambulance before Cena placed Kane inside the vehicle to win the match.

-- WWE champion C.M. Punk retained the WWE Title in the PPV-opening Raw brand Elimination Chamber match that went 33 minutes. Punk pinned The Miz following a GTS after Chris Jericho was "knocked out" during the match. Since Jericho was never pinned or submitted, it sets up Jericho to claim a title shot against Punk at WrestleMania.

-- World Hvt. champion Daniel Bryan retained the World Title in a 34-minute Smackdown Chamber match. Bryan submitted "underdog" Santino for the decisive fall. After the match, 2012 Royal Rumble winner Sheamus delivered his finisher to Bryan, setting up a World Title match at WrestleMania.

-- No titles changed hands during the PPV. On the undercard, U.S. champion Jack Swagger retained the U.S. Title over Justin Gabriel in a three-minute match added to the PPV and Divas champion Beth Phoenix retained the Divas Title over Tamina Snuka.

-- Christian and Alberto Del Rio made surprise returns to stand next to Mark Henry and David Otunga in support of heel authority figure John Laurinaitis.

-- WWE noted for Monday's Raw that Undertaker will appear in-person to confront Triple H. Taker was advertised in-advance on WWE's website, but an announcement was not made until the PPV.

-- FCW developmental wrestler Seth Rollins (a/k/a Tyler Black) made his WWE TV debut in a John Cena video package. Rollins, along with Xavier Woods (Consequences Creed in TNA), other developmental wrestlers, and NXT Rookies, were shown working out with Cena in the gym.
