WWE wrestlers Chris Jericho and Gregory Helms have been booked for a court appearance in Kenton County, Ky. on Tuesday, Feb. 16 facing misdemeanor charges after their arrests on Wednesday morning for public intoxication.

A police spokesman detailed to the Cincinnati Enquirer a timeline of events on Wednesday morning that led to Gregory Helms allegedly slapping passengers in a cab, including Chris Jericho, and the wrestlers subsequently being arrested.

-- Early morning Wednesday, Jan. 27: Jericho and Helms were at KJ's Pub in Fort Mitchell, Ky. about 20 miles away from the Smackdown/ECW TV taping on Tuesday night in Cincinnati. The bar closes at 2:30 a.m.

-- 4:00 a.m.: Police officers approached Jericho, Helms, and three other individuals at a shopping center and broke up their gathering for "being rowdy." The group hailed a cab from the shopping center.

-- 4:45 a.m.: The cab driver of the vehicle pulled into the now-infamous Shell station and called 911 when Helms "got into a confrontation with the other passengers." The police spokesman said Helms struck the other passengers in the cab. The fifth member of the party "disappeared in the wind" as police arrived, according to the police, and Helms also took off from the scene.

“We get there and they basically say Helms kind of turned into an ass and starts kind of getting physical inside the cab,” said spokesman Kevin Gilpin.

After taking statements from the remaining individuals, including Jericho, police officers located Helms and charged him with public intoxication along with Jericho.

-- 5:45 a.m.: Jericho and Helms were booked at the Kenton County jail. The other passengers who Helms allegedly attacked were advised to "pick up a copy of the police report, go to the Kenton County Attorney’s Office, and file assault charges." No one has filed charges yet, however.

-- 6:30 a.m.: Jericho and Helms were released from jail after paying their $120 fines for public intoxication.
