Feature: WWE Raw featured a mega eight-man tag main event of Shawn Michaels & Mick Foley & Chris Benoit & Shelton Benjamin facing all of Evolution (Triple H & Batista & Ric Flair & Randy Orton) in a 20-minute match. The show also featured Lita vs. Trish Stratus and fall-out from Benoit winning the World Title at WrestleMania 20.

The show opened with clips of Shelton Benjamin beating Hunter and then getting attacked afterward... Eric Bischoff told a hyper Benjamin to calm down and get over what happened last week. Chris Benoit, Shawn Michaels, and Mick Foley joined Benjamin in a show of unity... Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler introduced the show... Mick Foley cut an in-ring promo about how he'll be Cactus Jack at the PPV against Randy Orton...
(1) Kane beat Grand Master Sexay at 2:00 after a chokeslam (1/4*)... Eugene said hi to the make-up lady and called Trish a "slut." William Regal dragged him away...
(2) Tajiri beat Masked Ninja at 3:46 (1/4*)... Ric Flair asked for a singles match against Benjamin. Bischoff gave it to him at the PPV... Ross and Lawler plugged Backlash. In a pre-tape, Hunter said he is the one diamond in the wrestling business... Chris Jericho came out and talked about his Backlash match. He introduced footage of Trish barking like a dog for Vince McMahon a couple years ago. Lita came out, but Trish attacked her. Bischoff made them wrestle...
(3) Lita fought Trish to a no contest when Christian and Jericho got involved... La Resistance said they wanted to help Americans be more like them. Eugene played with their flag in the background. Regal said La Resistance are rude and obnoxious, but told him he thinks La Resistance like him. Eugene smiled...
Johnny Nitro (future John Morrison) came out to the old WCW Nitro theme. He said if Edge uses his cast as a weapon, he will be DQ'd. Edge came out and said he's excited to get back into the ring after more than a year off, then gave Nitro a nice Spear...
(4) Hurricane (w/Rosey) beat Sylvain Grenier (w/Rob Conway) at 4:15. Eugene thought La Resistance really liked him and brought them a stuffed bunny. Grenier ripped it apart, but Hurricane then finished him off (*1/2)... A taped promo aired with Shawn Michaels talking about a rematch at Backlash of the greatest WrestleMania match in history... A Smackdown recap aired... A video aired of Foley's hardcore past... A taped promo aired of Benoit who said he wasn't just lucky at WM20, he worked hard...
(5) World Hvt. champion Chris Benoit & Shawn Michaels & Mick Foley & Shelton Benjamin beat Triple H & Batista & Ric Flair & Randy Orton when Michaels pinned Orton at 19:09 (****1/4).
