Did You Know: WWE star Christian (Christian Cage in TNA/ROH) wrestled in Ring of Honor, making his debut on this date nine years ago.

Christian only wrestled a few times in ROH during his early stint in TNA. Included was the tag team main event of ROH's "How We Roll" event on May 12, 2006. Christian teamed with Colt Cabana to face Christopher Daniels and Bryan Danielson (now Daniel Bryan in WWE)...

Christian teamed with Colt Cabana in the headline match of a May 12 ROH event in Long Island, N.Y. They defeated Bryan Danielson & Christopher Daniels. Christian was limited, as he couldn’t risk injury just two days before his NWA World Title defense against Abyss on the TNA Sacrifice PPV.

Cabana worked the majority of the match. He and Cabana did a lot of comedy where they mocked ROH champ Danielson for being pale. Christian even called him a “poor man’s John Cena.”

(2) Delirious beat Nigel McGuinness and Kikitaru.

(3) Alex Shelley & Jimmy Rave beat The Rotweillers via DQ when Julius Smokes interfered.

(4) Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli (now Cesaro) beat B.J. Whitmer & Adam Pearce.

(5) Samoa Joe beat Apocalypse (now Viktor in WWE).

(6) Mark Briscoe beat Roderick Strong.

(7) Jay Briscoe beat Austin Aries.

(8) Christian & Cabana beat Danielson & Daniels.
