THE BIG STORY by Wade Keller, Torch editor: A match on TNA Impact lasted longer than ten minutes! It was Jeff Jarrett defending the NWA World Title against Monty Brown. Brown fended off interference from Scott Hall with a Pounce, but then Jarrett KO'd Brown with a chair. Then they cut to the big screen showing A.J. Styles and Jeff Hardy had been flattened backstage. Randy Savage was checking on them. A truck drove toward all three as the show went off the air.

MATCH RESULTS & STAR RATINGS

(1) Christopher Daniels & Elix Skipper beat Amazing Red & Sonjay Dutt when Daniels pinned Red at 4:10.

(2) Abyss beat Matt Mayor & Vance Desmond at 1:13.

(3) Kid Kash beat Chris Sabin at 3:00 with a yank on the tights.

(4) Jeff Jarrett beat Monty Brown at 13:03 to retain the NWA World Hvt. Title. Good match.

OTHER NOTES

Raven and Dallas Page brawled with each other. Erik Watts looked on from the stands as Page went for a Diamond Cutter, but Raven escaped and slid out of the ring... Mike Tenay announced that Dusty Rhodes would air the TNA-WWE video on the next PPV... Scott Hall and Kevin Nash did some mic work to hype their six-man tag PPV main event match. Hall renamed Nash, "Silver Fox," instead of "Big Sexy"... Abyss attacked Brown backstage with a two-by-four before his title match...
