Airing today (October 22, 2014) on WWE Network...

Eric Bischoff, Steve McMichael, and Bobby Heenan opened the program. Bischoff called it one of the biggest Nitros yet...

(1) Ric Flair (mgd. by Jimmy Hart) pinned Hulk Hogan (w/Elizabeth) at 14:06. They cut to a commercial as Flair began working over Hogan's knee. Hogan took over offense including some action at ringside. Flair raked Hogan's eyes and Hart choked him from behind. Flair applied the figure-four at 10:24. Hogan sold it well for 30 seconds before reversing it. Hogan reversed a Flair suplex attempt, but when he charged him in the corner, Flair met him with an elbow. Flair taunted Elizabeth before going for a cover. Hogan kicked out and began his superman comeback. Hogan gave Flair the boot to the face and the legdrop. Jimmy Hart got on the ring apron to distract Hogan. Arn Anderson then ran to the ring to try to do to Hogan what he tried to do to Savage last week. Hogan hit Anderson, sending him out of the ring. But when Hogan went for the cover again, Jimmy Hart held Elizabeth as Arn yanked off her high heel and handed it to Flair. Flair kicked out, hit Hogan in the eye with the heel, and covered Hogan for a three count. As they went to a commercial (despite Bischoff's statement about no blood on TNT or TBS), Hogan was shown bleeding from his forehead (**)...

After a preview of WCW Saturday Night, perhaps in response to the skit that aired on Raw during the commercial, Bischoff said WCW is dominating wrestling referring to the Clash and Nitro. McMichael said it's nice being on top. Bischoff said the Road Warriors are in WCW "where everyone wishes they could be"...

(2) The Road Warriors defeated Meng & The Barbarian when Hawk pinned Barbarian at 8:57. At 2:03 Hawk no-selled a Meng piledriver. At 4:14 Barbarian continued his team's focus on Animal's back with a backbreaker. As fans chanted "Animal, Animal," Barbarian powerbombed Animal. Animal hot-tagged Hawk at 7:20. Barbarian took over at 8:30 with a piledriver. Hawk came off the top rope and surprised Barbarian with a clothesline as Barbarian was attempting to powerbomb Animal (*1/4)...

Gene Okerlund interviewed Kevin Sullivan with Hugh Morris. Sullivan complained Anderson wasn't a man of his word. Anderson and Brian Pillman then came to the ring. Sullivan told Anderson to discipline Pillman. Anderson then turned to Pillman and said he was nowhere to be found when he needed him during the Flair match earlier. Anderson said Pillman is part of a team, not an individual. Anderson said he would have to discipline him with tough love and began taking off his belt. Sullivan and Morris attacked Arn. Pillman fled to ringside, but didn't help Anderson. Sullivan then chased after Pillman and whipped him. Anderson saved Pillman. Anderson and Pillman returned to the ring. Anderson said he knows there's no honor among thieves, but they had a deal. Anderson asked WCW to give him a match against Sullivan and his stooge. Pillman told Arn he got them into the mess and he'd get them out...

(3) Sister Sherri pinned Madusa at 1:50. Bischoff talked about Madusa and Luger being among those who want to be in the league with the Big Boys. Madusa blew her tamper afterward and German suplexed Sherri. She then rammed Sherri's head into the mat a number of times as Bischoff said had she stayed in the WWF she probably could have defeated some wrestlers in their men's division (1/4*)...

(4) The Giant beat Randy Savage via DQ at 0:15. Woman led a pageant of other women, including Elizabeth, to the ring. As the Giant waited for Savage, Savage surprised Giant from behind by hitting him with the belt. The referee called for the bell due to Savage using the belt. Flair then attacked Savage. Giant suplexed Savage into the ring. He then gave him a series of backbreakers and a chokeslam. Hogan with his eye taped saved Savage with a chair. Flair began strutting in front of the announcing desk and then bragged about beating Flair. Giant and Hart joined Flair. Bischoff and McMichael stormed away.
