The one thing that stands out to me about the show was the out-of-shape Jim Neidhart defeating Jay Lethal, cleanly, with absolutely no follow-up. I don't care what happens next week- that's just straight-up ridiculous. Good to see them pushing Alyssa Flash; I'm not such a big fan of Traci Brooks. Super Dave on the show was hit-or-miss; it's clear he didn't watch the product, but tried to sound excited. But what was with the racism?

The six-Knockout tag match was fine. The attack on Lashley in the hotel by Steiner, with the pipe, was laughably bad. Overall, the matches on the show were fine, but the angles and extracurricular activities were not that good. I'll take a wait-and-see approach with the Team 3D situation. Desmond Wolfe continues to impress.

Curtis Shanks, PWTorch.com Contributor (5.5)

It was hit-and-miss with Impact this week. The good things stood out, but so did the bad. What exactly was bad? Nothing against the Super Dave character, but he wasn't a good fit for a wrestling show. He had one or two lines worth a chuckle, but his lack of basic wrestling knowledge stood out. Spike TV no doubt wanted him on to hype and improve his own show, but it in turn hurt our show.

I've long been a fan of what TNA is doing with their Knockout division and support the spots and time they've been given. But it has seemed a bit lackluster the past couple of weeks. The matches just haven't had a good flow lately. No fault to most of the competitors, as they are trying hard. But they're trying to fit a ton of story into a four minute match, making the action seem a bit off. The hotel skits with Lashley and Steiner were just dumb. It's stuff like this that TNA has lessened in the past couple years, but just can't seem to get away from. Skits like this make TNA seem even further behind WWE and shows why they're number two.

There were some good aspects to the show. Styles, Daniels and Joe should be a great match. The matches with Styles the last two weeks were nothing special, but the storyline build has been good. Looks like we'll see A.J.'s attacker debut/re-debut at the PPV. Could he cost Styles the match and the title? I like Dinero joining with Morgan and Hernandez. He was one of the last names I expected. Either he's in line for a strong push, or the match will be forgotten by next Monday morning.

Wolfe and Angle was another strong aspect on the show. The looped audio of Wolfe during the beatdown was quite eerie...but in a really great way. After three meetings it's technically Wolfe 3, Angle 0. But that's exactly what is working with this feud. The WWE approach is for a new guy to squash jobbers week-after-week. The Nigel approach is to have him kick the top dog's ass three straight weeks. I absolutely love it.

Daniel Wilkenfeld, PWTorch.com Contributor (8.0)

For the first time in a while, TNA feels like it's consistently on the right track. I might have been a bit trigger happy in criticizing the Hogan signing two weeks ago. The emphasis on AJ, Joe, Daniels, and Wolf this week was excellent. The women performed well in the little time allotted to them. I'm a bit annoyed by the MCMG's title shot being watered down, but Beer Money are still consistently fun to watch. Daniels' faint grin at the end really brought a point to the main event, and builds nicely to Sunday. Even the Krystal plotline, while incredibly stupid, was handled as well as could be by making all the actual interaction take place between Steiner and Lashley. Oh, and also—Raven!
