- The Hardys captured the vacant TNA Tag Titles in the main event.

Jeff and Matt Hardy won an Ultimate X match over the Beat Down Clan's Kenny King & Low Ki, Ethan Carter III & Bram, and Austin Aries & Bobby Roode. All four teams qualified for the Ultimate X match by winning tag matches earlier in the show.

The Hardys's win sets up a future Tag Title match against The Wolves (Eddie Edwards & Davey Richards), who vacated the titles due to an injury to Edwards.

- Josh Mathews called the show by himself from the studio box. At the top of the show, Mathews provided the storyline explanation for Taz's absence that he was "on special assignment." This was recorded during the week prior to Taz announcing his departure from TNA.

(5) The Hardys beat Beat Down Clan, ECIII & Bram, and Roode & Aries in an Ultimate X match to capture the vacant TNA Tag Titles.
