Update: Gawker.com released a statement responding to a Florida judge's ruling that the website remove a leaked tape of Hulk Hogan engaged in a sexual act with Bubba the Love Sponge's ex-wife, Heather Clem.

Gawker says they are appealing the decision to remove the tape, but have removed the video despite "vehemently disagreeing with (judge Pamela) Campbell's order."

However, the website says they will not remove an article on their website related to the leaked video, which Judge Campbell also ordered to be removed. Their post is titled "A Judge Told Us to Take Down Our Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Post. We Won't." and goes into detail on why they believe the order is "unconstitutional." Hulk Hogan received a favorable ruling in Florida court on Wednesday regarding his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker.com for posting footage of Hogan engaged in sexual acts with Bubba the Love Sponge's ex-wife, Heather Clem.

Judge Pamela Campbell ruled that Gawker must immediately remove the footage from their website and from all affiliated websites. This was the result of Judge Campbell granting Hogan's temporary restraining order as part of the lawsuit.

The $100 million suit for damages is still ongoing. The suit also includes Heather Clem, who is alleged to have "had a role" in leaking the tape.
